Who am I?
Poetry Therapy Workshop
16 Mar 2019
“Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom” – Aristotle
Have you ever asked yourself the question ‘Who am I’ and answered it truthfully? Taking time out to define yourself can be challenging, particularly after overcoming adversity or experiencing major change.
Poetry therapy can help you to clarify and build your sense of identity.
- Do you want to find your mojo?
- Do you want to redefine yourself?
- Do you want a new direction?
If you have answered ‘yes’ to any of the questions, and you want to embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth, then this workshop is for you.
Let’s explore together and discover new ways to reconnect with yourself. Using poetry, conversation and self-reflective writing, we will unleash the wisdom within you.
