Let’s get together, tap into our creativity and discover more about ourselves through poetry, self-reflective writing activities and conversation. Research over the last 30 years has found links between writing, health and wellbeing.
The emphasis of this group is on self-discovery and self-improvement.
Charmaine Pollard a qualified poetry therapist will lead you through various self- reflective, creative and expressive writing exercises and we will use them as the basis for discussion and further exploration.
No prior knowledge of poetry, self- reflective writing or expressive writing is necessary, just a willingness to connect, reflect and experiment with words in a supportive environment.
About Charmaine Pollard
Charmaine Pollard is an experienced Certified Poetry Therapist, Counsellor and Life Coach with a passion for leading writing and poetry therapy workshops with a particular focus on self-awareness, confidence and resilience.
Her fusion of contemporary coaching combined with poetry therapy techniques have helped people from all walks of life, find self- compassion, contentment and success.
We meet fortnightly in selected bespoke cafés and places of interest throughout Central London.
