Rape and Sexual Violence Counselling

At times it may seem like nothing you say or do can help you to feel better about yourself. You may have never shared what happened to you with anyone before because you thought no one would believe you or because of cultural issues. Perhaps you have tried to put it to the back of your mind and just got on with your life.

You notice, however, that your past traumatic experience can impact on your relationships, particularly intimate relationships, and you find it difficult to trust anyone. I know from experience that it is possible to help rape victims and victims of sexual assault to move on, trust again and enjoy satisfying and fulfilling relationships.

Is Rape and Sexual Violence Counselling Right for You?

  • Have you ever been sexually abused?
  • Have you been raped?
  • Have you been forced to do something of a sexual nature you did not give consent to?
  • Do you feel guilty or blame yourself for what happened, even though it is not your fault?

If you have answered “yes” to any of the above questions and you want to break the silence, release emotions and find healing in a safe and supportive environment, I can help you!
