Accepting that there are difficulties, small or large, in your relationship or marriage is often hard to come to terms with. By seeking support you might feel that you have failed in some way. When couples come for counselling, some feel nervous, apprehensive and unsure of what to expect. But actually counselling offers a good opportunity to really look at the dynamics of your relationship. Couples counselling can help to heal and improve a relationship when both parties are committed. Couples counselling works by identifying the issues and starting the healing process through supported communication in a safe and non-judgmental environment.

“Charmaine helped us look at the issues which were affecting our relationship and helped us to identify the reasons we came together in the first place.
We got so much out of our first session, my partner was a bit apprehensive at first but we really valued the opportunity to speak candidly to one another and really hear each others points of views, without it ending up in yet another argument.”
Charges for Couples Counselling
